Same-Day Shipping

Orders received Monday - Friday before 2pm ET are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm ET and any time on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

Back Orders and Partial Shipments

Although it is a high priority for us to ensure all of our items are in stock, there may be times when certain items are out of stock due to high demand or a manufacturer issue. In most cases, we receive back-ordered items within 5 business days. If your order contains a back-ordered item, it will be shipped to you as soon it comes in. We will send it via the shipment method you chose. There is no additional charge for partial shipments. You can cancel your order or any part of your order before it ships.

Order and Shipment Confirmation Emails

Shortly after your order is placed, we will send you an email confirming your order. Once we ship your order, we will send you an email which contains your tracking number and confirms your shipment. If you have any trouble viewing these emails, you may view your information on our secure order status page by clicking here.

Each time you place an order with spalook, you will receive various product samples. The samples are always changing, so you'll get to try new and different items with each order you place.

No-Hassle 30-Day Return Policy

As part of our commitment to provide you with complete satisfaction, we stand behind all of our products with a no-hassle 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact Customer Service within 30 days of your purchase to obtain return instructions. Once received, returns are processed within 5 business days. We will send you an email once we have processed your return. You will be issued a credit for 100% of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges if applicable. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for returned items that become lost in transit. We recommend you choose a delivery method with tracking and/or insurance. We reserve the right to refuse a return. Customers must obtain their RMA number by contacting customer service, otherwise the return will not be accepted and the customer will be responsible to pay for shipping of the product back to them. A shipping fee may apply to exchanges for which spalook is not responsible.

Return policy for Wellbox:
We will only accept a return of an unopened and unused Wellbox (SKU WB001) within 30 days of purchase. Once the seal is broken, Wellbox cannot be returned. The carton must be in original condition, and not defaced in any manner.

Return policy for Vie Products:
We are unable to accept returns of any Vie product that has been opened.

115% Price Protection Guarantee

If you find a product we sell at a lower price anywhere (another website, retail store, doctor's office or spa), excluding auction and "discount" websites we will refund you 115% of the difference between the lower price and our price.

Please note:
  • The product must be currently available in the same type and size that is on spalook.com.
  • The website, retail store, doctor or spa must be an authorized retailer for the brand.
  • If you found the item online, it cannot be an auction or "discount" website.
  • If you found the item offline, it must be a legitimate store located in the United States.
  • Taxes (if any), promotions applied and shipping charges (if applicable) will be included when calculating the price difference.
Three easy steps to receive your price protection credit:
  1. Place you order at spalook.com.
  2. Email priceprotect@spalook.com and provide your order number and a link (URL) to the webpage where you found the item for less or the name and phone number of the store where you found the item for less.
  3. After we verify your claim, you will be issued a credit (reverse charges) for 115% of the difference in price.
We will send you an email confirming your credit.

Spalook Auto Refill Program

With our Auto Refill program, you never have to worry about remembering to reorder, or for that matter, ever running out. And, after your introductory 10% savings, you’ll save 20% on every purchase. You choose the frequency and quantity, and we’ll do the rest. You may modify or cancel your Auto Refill account at any time by contacting customer service, or by accessing your account.

Privacy/Safe and Secure Transactions

You should feel confident that your personal information is secure (we are Hacker Safe certified on a daily basis). When you enter information during our checkout process, that information is encrypted and protected with the best encryption software in the industry. While on our secure checkout pages, you will notice the lock icon at the bottom of your browser (if you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer) becomes locked. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also take measures to protect your information offline. All of our customer information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our office. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a client service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees must use password-protected screensavers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must reenter their password to regain access. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment behind a locked cage.
